When is my order going to be here?

AT THE LATEST - your order will be packed and taken to the post office within 4 business days of your purchase. The post office(USPS), on average, takes 5 to 8 business days to get it to your doorstep. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please reach out to us via Instagram DM - @spenseabc.

Why aren’t you answering my emails?

We are currently in the process of revamping our email system. As of right now, please DM the Instagram @Spenseabc. We guarantee a response time within 3 business days.

When will there be a restock?

There is no set date for restocks. As of right now, we are still a new business and learning every step of the way. We are learning what you, our customers, enjoy purchasing. We are so thankful for the demand for restocks, and we can’t wait to reach the point of consistency with our products!

It says my package was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

If your tracking number says delivered, then there is nothing that we can do. When we drop it off at the post office, it is no longer in our possession, and our trust is in the carrier. If this does happen, we recommend reaching out to the post office and filing a claim through them. If they do not refund you for the lost inventory, reach out to us via Instagram DM, send us the claim, and we will refund you.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

If you received the wrong items, DM us the items you received and a photo of your invoice. If you ordered 2 of something and only recieved one, DM us on Instagram as well and we will make this right with you!
